Assistant Stretch Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and assist in onboarding Stretch Trainers
• Sell Assisted Stretch packages and collaborate with membership and personal training sales
• Achieve daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts on weekends
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans
• Maintain club cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance
• Assess member needs to recommend customized mobility programs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and move about club floors
• Proficiency in operating company computer systems and data entry
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts
