About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver great customer service and assist in onboarding Stretch Trainers
- Sell Assisted Stretch packages and build member relationships
- Achieve daily targets during Assistant Stretch Manager shifts
- Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans
- Collaborate with membership and personal training sales teams
- Maintain club cleanliness and equipment safety
Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift more than 40 lbs routinely
- Ability to work in a gym setting and operate company computer systems
- Availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of fitness sales experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proven track record of delivering results and motivating clients
