Assistant Stretch Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and assist with new member onboarding
• Sell assisted stretch packages and achieve daily targets
• Assist in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans
• Collaborate with membership and personal training sales teams
• Maintain club cleanliness, building, and equipment safety
• Assess member needs to recommend customized mobility programs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and move about club floors
• Proficiency with company computer systems and data entry
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts

• Strong drive for success and a track record of delivering results
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
