Assistant Stretch Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service and assist in onboarding Stretch Trainers
• Sell Assisted Stretch packages and achieve daily targets
• Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales teams
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly Coaching Plans
• Maintain club cleanliness, equipment safety, and building maintenance
• Assess member needs to recommend customized mobility programs

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs routinely and repetitively
• Ability to work in a gym setting and operate company computer systems
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proven track record of delivering results and motivating clients
