Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the boutique's performance and profitability
- Ensure the team engages clients with exceptional service
- Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management
- Perform KPI analysis, rostering, and visual merchandising
- Manage CRM and team leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of sales performance and CRM
- Fluency in English
- Approachable and customer-service oriented personality
- Immediate availability preferred
