About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Provide coaching and performance management to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
- Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards program and implement company selling strategies.
- Maintain store appearance by executing visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness protocols.
- Manage operational activities including scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
- Analyze business results and create action plans to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
