Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing retail team.
  • Coach team members on selling behaviors and product knowledge to maximize sales potential.
  • Drive guest loyalty through rewards programs and personalized customer engagement.
  • Maintain store visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
  • Manage operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company policies.

Requirements
