Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Coach team members on selling behaviors and product knowledge to maximize sales potential.
- Drive guest loyalty through rewards programs and personalized customer engagement.
- Maintain store visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness.
- Manage operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
