Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy for the Store Manager with full leadership responsibility when needed
• Lead daily operations with a commercial focus and high customer service standards
• Support goal achievement in sales, profitability, and productivity
• Take responsibility for defined sales areas or operational functions
• Contribute to the implementation of campaigns, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Ensure compliance with routines regarding operations, staffing, and safety
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees

Requirements

• Leadership experience from retail, preferably as Sales Leader, After Sales Leader, Supervisor, or similar
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver commercial and operational results
• Strong understanding of store operations and retail processes
• Fluency in the local language and good English skills
