Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed and serve as a role model for sales associates
• Coach staff on successes and challenges to reinforce customer service principles
• Utilize training resources to educate the team on products and improve selling skills
• Maintain a positive work environment in accordance with our People-First Philosophy
• Resolve client service issues, including delivery and pick-up concerns, through effective management

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a customer service field
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Superior critical thinking and time management skills to manage competing priorities
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs using appropriate safety techniques
• Open availability to meet the needs of the business for full-time roles
