Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising execution to bring the Article brand to life in the showroom
• Create inspiring customer environments that reflect design philosophy and brand standards
• Establish customer experience standards, hospitality-driven culture, and clienteling practices for the new Bellevue location
• Coach the associate team to consistently execute the Customer Experience Model
• Drive customer loyalty and build a lasting customer base from the store launch

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising and retail leadership
• Ability to coach and lead associate teams
• Valid passport for required travel within the US and Canada
• Experience in new store openings preferred
