About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the manager in implementing tactics to ensure point-of-sale operational performance
  • Participate in employee skill development and follow up on training plans
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention (waste, theft, shrinkage, breakage)
  • Provide a unique customer experience and adjust strategies for loyalty and acquisition
  • Contribute to building a high-performing team through onboarding and teamwork stimulation

Requirements

  • Availability from Sunday to Thursday
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
  • Coaching skills and ability to work in a team
  • Autonomy and interpersonal skills
  • Management experience is a significant asset
  • Advanced spoken English proficiency for regular communication with English-speaking customers
