About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the manager in implementing tactics to ensure point-of-sale operational performance
- Participate in employee skill development and follow up on training plans
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention (waste, theft, shrinkage, breakage)
- Provide a unique customer experience and adjust strategies for loyalty and acquisition
- Contribute to building a high-performing team through onboarding and teamwork stimulation
Requirements
- Availability from Sunday to Thursday
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Coaching skills and ability to work in a team
- Autonomy and interpersonal skills
- Management experience is a significant asset
- Advanced spoken English proficiency for regular communication with English-speaking customers
