Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in implementing tactics to ensure point-of-sale operational performance
• Assist in developing employee skills and following training plans
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention (waste, theft, shrinkage, breakage)
• Provide a unique customer experience and adjust strategies for loyalty and acquisition
• Contribute to team performance through onboarding, idea sharing, and teamwork

Requirements

• Availability from Sunday to Thursday
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Coaching ability and teamwork skills
• Autonomy and interpersonal skills
• Management experience is a significant asset
• Advanced spoken English proficiency for regular customer interaction
