Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive retail success and operational excellence
• Lead training efforts for both new and seasoned employees
• Exemplify the Trek sales process and maintain high sales performance
• Manage store merchandising, including product placement, price auditing, and restocking
• Fulfill administrative duties related to hiring and onboarding
• Delegate daily task lists and manage lead list communications
• Utilize POS systems to monitor sales and analyze business trends
• Participate in weekly service meetings and budgeting processes

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• First-class organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• High sense of urgency and a "learn it all" mentality
• Desire to change the world through cycling

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership experience
