Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to create a highly productive environment and ensure an extraordinary customer experience
• Develop and maintain staff selling and service skills through coaching and guidance
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a successful and authentic business approach
• Monitor team sales targets and metrics to drive business growth
• Build and manage clientele relationships and hold the team accountable to high standards of excellence

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (business or fashion related discipline preferred)
• 2-4 years of management experience in a luxury or service-driven environment
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Proven track record of success in a leadership or management role
