Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profit, and minimize losses
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey and ensure high mystery shop results
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising standards for the sales floor and back room
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and build team bench strength
• Analyze store reports and create actionable plans to improve performance
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to build a diverse team
• Communicate sales goals and performance expectations clearly to all staff members

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict
• Strong, effective communication skills and the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging
• Ability to work with pace, adapt quickly to change, and make informed decisions
• Energetic presence with a focus on inspiring trust and leading by example on the shop floor
