Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and building brand loyalty
• Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures and managing day-to-day performance
• Coach associates and foster a motivating, inclusive, and high-functioning team environment
• Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying connected to new campaigns and product launches
• Support floor operations including processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to resolve issues proactively and lead by example
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
