About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive selling environment and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Set daily customer service goals to enhance responsiveness and satisfaction
- Train and coach the team on service standards, product placement, and time management
- Monitor KPIs and analyze sales trends to identify areas for enhancement
- Provide recommendations for action based on sales performance analysis
- Collaborate with In-Store Visual for effective display fittings
- Support Store Manager in team recruitment and development
- Coordinate Stock and Back Office teams to ensure optimal stock provision
- Implement measures for product safety in sales floor and stockroom
- Maximize sales through analytical merchandise management and daily meetings
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a structured environment
- Experience with RFID systems
- Proficient use of Excel
- Strong organization and collaboration skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Fluency in English and Turkish
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in any additional languages
