Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and building brand loyalty
• Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures as a key holder
• Manage day-to-day performance and coach associates to maintain high standards
• Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals
• Support floor operations by processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying connected to new campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Proven experience with key holder responsibilities
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to resolve issues proactively
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
