Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure excellence in customer service
• Drive store performance by achieving KPIs including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rates, and average transaction value
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate the retail team to foster a high-performance culture
• Oversee stock management and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive business results
• Maintain impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with brand standards

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience within the retail apparel or customer service industry
• Proven track record of managing KPIs such as sales targets, shrinkage, and mystery shop scores
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Experience in stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• A vibrant, energetic, and authentic personality with a positive attitude
