Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profit, and minimize losses
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure unparalleled spirited service
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising standards for the sales floor and back room
• Partner with the Store Manager to identify business opportunities and achieve company objectives
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve performance
• Assist with manpower planning, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance and inventory levels
• Communicate sales goals and key performance expectations clearly to all staff members

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict effectively
• Strong, effective communication skills with the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging
• Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to a changing retail environment
• Energetic presence with the ability to inspire trust and lead on the shop floor
• A proactive, "can-do" approach to problem-solving and decision-making
