Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the management of daily store operations to ensure excellence in customer service
• Drive sales performance by managing key KPIs including UPT, conversion rate, and average transaction value
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and wage budget targets
• Oversee stock management processes to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage
• Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the Tommy Hilfiger brand identity
• Identify and act upon growth opportunities to drive business results

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience within the retail apparel or customer service industry
• Proven track record of achieving retail KPIs and managing budgets
• Strong people management skills with the ability to recruit and develop talent
• Experience in stock management and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Excellent communication skills and a vibrant, energetic attitude
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
