Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including opening and closing procedures and managing day-to-day performance
• Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers and driving sales
• Coach and motivate associates to maintain a high-functioning team environment
• Execute business strategies and drive daily sales goals
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying connected to new campaigns and product launches
• Support floor operations including processing inventory, restocking, and cashiering

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Experience with key holder responsibilities
• Strong leadership presence and ability to resolve issues proactively
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
