Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profit, and minimize losses
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high mystery shop results
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising standards for the sales floor and back room
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and build team bench strength
• Analyze store reports and create actionable plans to improve performance
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new store personnel
• Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance and inventory levels

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict
• Strong, effective communication skills to cultivate a sense of belonging within the team
• Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to a changing retail environment
• A proactive, "can-do" approach to problem-solving and decision-making
