About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profit, and minimize losses
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure high mystery shop results
- Maintain corporate visual merchandising standards for the sales floor and back room
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and build team bench strength
- Analyze store reports and create actionable plans to improve performance
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new store personnel
- Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance and inventory levels
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand
- Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict
- Strong, effective communication skills to cultivate a sense of belonging within the team
- Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to a changing retail environment
- A proactive, "can-do" approach to problem-solving and decision-making
