About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure excellence in customer service
  • Drive sales performance by achieving KPIs including UPT, conversion rate, and average transaction value
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and store targets
  • Oversee stock management and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Monitor wage budgets and manage shrinkage to ensure store profitability
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in retail apparel or customer service
  • Proven track record of achieving retail KPIs and managing budgets
  • Strong people management skills with experience in recruiting and mentoring staff
  • Proficiency in stock management and visual merchandising standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
