Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to generate sales, maximize profit, and minimize losses
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure unparalleled spirited service
• Maintain corporate visual merchandising standards for the sales floor and back room
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and build team bench strength
• Analyze store-level reports and create actionable plans to improve performance
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes to build a diverse team
• Conduct daily and weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance and inventory levels
• Communicate sales goals and key performance expectations clearly to all staff

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict effectively
• Strong, effective communication skills with the ability to cultivate a sense of belonging
• Ability to work with pace and adapt quickly to a changing retail environment
• Energetic presence on the shop floor with a "can-do" approach to problem-solving
