Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and improving store profitability
• Motivate, lead, and train sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Assist in implementing and improving retail sales processes
• Manage key operational procedures including inventory control and P&L oversight
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs to improve store results
• Maintain store aesthetics in alignment with brand visual merchandising policies
• Act as the Store Manager in their absence

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership and retail management
• Experience with store opening and closing procedures
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills
• Fluency in both Italian and English (written and oral)
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using POS systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
