About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and improving store profitability
- Motivate, lead, and train sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in implementing and improving retail sales processes
- Manage key operational procedures including inventory control and P&L oversight
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs to improve store results
- Maintain store aesthetics in alignment with brand visual merchandising policies
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence
Requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership and retail management
- Experience with store opening and closing procedures
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills
- Fluency in both Italian and English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience using POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
