About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and improving profitability
- Motivate, lead, and train sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Assist in implementing and improving retail sales processes
- Manage key operational procedures including inventory and P&L
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs to improve store results
- Maintain store aesthetics in alignment with brand visual merchandising policies
- Act as the primary lead and substitute for the Store Manager in their absence
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail leadership and team management
- Experience with store opening and closing procedures
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills in both Italian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
