Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities
• Coach, develop, and provide regular feedback to the store team
• Motivate the team to maintain high brand standards
• Drive performance to achieve sales, wages, KPI, and stock loss targets
• Provide a genuine and high-quality service experience for every customer

Requirements

• Previous management experience, preferably within a retail environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and manage stock loss
• Passion for fashion and driving brand excellence
