Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and coach team members to achieve sales goals and professional growth
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by advocating for customer needs and providing personalized service
• Manage store appearance and operations to support the brand and meet business objectives
• Drive sales performance through active coaching on the sales floor
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

Requirements

• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience
• At least one year of management experience
• Polished communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable working with the latest wireless technology

• University degree or college diploma, particularly in business or management
