Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their individual and collective goals
• Drive sales performance and ensure the store meets its business objectives
• Maintain store appearance and brand standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Lead by example on the sales floor to create a supportive and high-performing team environment
• Proactively adapt to changing customer needs and leverage team talents to deliver results

Requirements

• 2-3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience
• At least one year of management experience
• Polished communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Comfortable working with the latest wireless technology

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma, particularly with a focus on business or management
