Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day retail operations, including team leadership, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional, seamless customer experiences.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales targets and managing controllable costs.
• Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support team training regarding customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
• Provide timely feedback to encourage team development.

Requirements

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Passionate and motivated to deliver results and support the team.
• Availability for regular Sunday work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or in a management role.
