Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including leading the team and managing deliveries and stock
• Drive experiential retail by engaging customers through the sights, smells, and touch of T2's unique tea and teaware
• Coach and train the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities
• Support the achievement of budgeted sales and manage controllable store costs
• Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Execute visual merchandising to maintain high store standards
• Provide timely feedback to encourage team development

Requirements

• Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or in a management role is advantageous
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Availability to work regular Sundays
