Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day retail operations, including team leadership, visual merchandising, and stock management
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and seamless shopping journeys
• Support the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales and managing controllable costs
• Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Support team training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities
• Provide timely feedback to encourage team development

Requirements

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Passionate and motivated to deliver results and support the team
• Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or in management is preferred
• Availability to work regular Sunday shifts
• Ability to work 25-30 hours per week
