Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management, including leading the team, visual merchandising, and managing deliveries and stock
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and seamless shopping journeys
• Support the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales and managing controllable store costs
• Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Support team training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities
• Encourage team development by providing timely and constructive feedback

Requirements

• Passionate and motivated to deliver results while supporting the manager and team
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or in a management role is advantageous
• Availability to work regular Sundays is required
