Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day management, including leading the team, visual merchandising, and managing deliveries and stock
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional, seamless customer experiences
• Support the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales and managing controllable costs
• Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Support team training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities
• Encourage team development by providing timely and constructive feedback

Requirements

• Previous team leadership, key holder, or management experience is advantageous
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Passionate and motivated to deliver results and support the team
• Availability for regular Sunday work
