Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day retail operations, including team leadership, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Coach the team to deliver exceptional, immersive sensory experiences for every customer.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales targets and managing controllable costs.
• Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Facilitate team training regarding customer service, product knowledge, and operational duties.
• Provide timely feedback to encourage team development and growth.
• Maintain availability for regular Sunday shifts on a rotating roster.

Requirements

• Passionate and motivated individual with a drive to deliver results.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to confidently support management and lead a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a team leader, key holder, or in a retail management role.
