Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and by phone using professional standards
• Listen to customer concerns and thoroughly document vehicle needs
• Review service history, inspect vehicles, and verify repair requirements
• Recommend products and services confidently and clearly to customers
• Prepare accurate quotes, timelines, and repair orders
• Communicate vehicle status updates to customers throughout the day
• Explain completed work and warranties during the checkout process
• Follow up on declined services and completed repairs to ensure satisfaction
• Track returns, warranty parts, and core parts for each customer

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred
