About the role
Responsibilities
- Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety, both inside and out
- Manage collections, deposits, and customer inquiries
- Build positive customer experiences and relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk, or site management)
- 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate POS and typical office machines
- Ability to travel between multiple locations
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment
