Responsibilities

  • Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and safety, both inside and out
  • Manage collections, deposits, and customer inquiries
  • Build positive customer experiences and relationships

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, front desk, or site management)
  • 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
  • Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to operate POS and typical office machines
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations
  • Availability for weekend and holiday shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently in a fast-paced environment
