Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver the Starbucks Experience
• Develop and coach a high-performing team to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Drive financial performance through effective management of store operations
• Manage administrative tasks including rostering, budgeting, and P&L reporting
• Create a welcoming "third place" environment for customers and the local community

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Previous experience in a store leadership role, ideally within hospitality or QSR
• Proven ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with rostering, budgeting, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
