About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead store operations in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver the Starbucks Experience
- Develop and coach a high-performing team to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Drive financial performance through effective management of store operations
- Manage administrative tasks including rostering, budgets, and P&L reporting
- Create a welcoming "Third Place" environment for customers and the local community
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role
- Previous experience in a store leadership role, ideally within hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
- Proven ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
- Demonstrated ability to develop teams and engage employees
