About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver the Starbucks Experience
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Drive financial performance through effective management of store operations
  • Manage administrative tasks including rostering, budgets, and P&L reporting
  • Create a welcoming "Third Place" environment for customers and the local community

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience, including at least one year in a customer-facing role
  • Previous experience in a store leadership role, ideally within hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)
  • Proven ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
  • Demonstrated ability to develop teams and engage employees
