Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and bring the Starbucks Experience to life
• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and coach a high-performing team
• Create a welcoming "Third Place" environment for customers and the community
• Support store financial performance and operational excellence
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment for all partners

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally in hospitality or QSR
• Experience with rostering, budgets, and P&L report exposure
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
