Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the store team to drive sales and maximize profitability
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints
• Analyze reports and KPIs (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT) to support decision-making
• Manage store resources efficiently to meet business needs
• Implement visual merchandising techniques to attract and engage customers
• Maintain stock cleanliness and ensure promotional products are correctly displayed
• Support onboarding, training, and development of store personnel
• Assist in competency-based recruitment and ensure compliance with HR policies and occupational risk prevention
• Supervise profit protection standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in people management within the retail sector
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
