Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Exemplify exceptional client service as the boutique's primary host
• Ensure personalized and memorable shopping experiences for all clients
• Drive individual sales performance, contributing at least 20% to monthly sales plans
• Mentor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Provide feedback to team members on client engagement and styling techniques
• Deliver training for new hires and facilitate product knowledge sessions
• Act as Manager on Duty to resolve client concerns
• Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain brand standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment
• Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional service
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
