About the role
Responsibilities
- Exemplify exceptional client service by acting as the boutique's primary host
- Ensure each client receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Observe and provide feedback to team members on client engagement and styling techniques
- Deliver comprehensive training for new hires and facilitate product knowledge sessions
- Act as Manager on Duty to resolve client concerns
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain brand standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment
- Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional service
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and goal achievement track record
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
