Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Exemplify exceptional client service by acting as the boutique's primary host
• Ensure each client receives a personalized and memorable shopping experience
• Mentor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Observe and provide feedback to team members on client engagement and styling techniques
• Deliver comprehensive training for new hires and facilitate product knowledge sessions
• Act as Manager on Duty to resolve client concerns
• Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain brand standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client-focused retail environment
• Passion for fashion, styling, and exceptional service
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and goal achievement track record
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
