Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand values and image to ensure a premium customer experience
• Drive sales results by meeting store objectives and managing KPIs
• Attract and build customer loyalty through detailed product knowledge and personalized service
• Manage store operations including inventory (RFID system), receiving shipments, and stock replenishment
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure store order and cleanliness

• Strong fashion orientation with a keen awareness of current trends
• Proven ability to attract and retain customers through excellent service
• Experience in KPI management and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in inventory management and operational tasks
