Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve store goals and reflect brand core competencies
• Manage people, operations, and the store environment to maintain high operational standards
• Act as a role model for customer service, remaining visible on the shop floor to interact with customers
• Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to by all staff
• Assist the Store Manager in meeting budgeted store contributions and monitoring loss prevention
• Support staff development through onboarding, coaching, and training on products and selling tools
• Develop and execute store events to drive traffic and increase community involvement

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business trends
• Excellent multitasking, planning, and organizational abilities
• Fluency in both English and German
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A genuine passion for the sports industry, outdoor activities, and fashion
