Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing talent
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing custom-fit beauty solutions
• Drive sales performance by managing inventory, controlling expenses, and maintaining budgets
• Protect store assets, associates, and customers by enforcing safety and security procedures
• Maintain high store visual standards to ensure the location always looks its best
• Act as the primary leader in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Proven experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required
