Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience to drive sales and brand standards.
• Supervise and plan daily associate activities to maximize KPIs and customer loyalty through both in-store and omni-channel selling models.
• Engage, train, and develop team members, providing coaching and counseling to address individual strengths and opportunities.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all company processes, digital strategies (BOPIS/SFS), and safety/loss prevention policies.
• Maintain brand standards regarding merchandising, marketing, and backroom organization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team to meet business objectives and communicate effectively with management.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
• Bilingual skills.
