Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
• Supervise and plan daily associate activities to maximize sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty through in-store and omni-channel models.
• Engage, train, and develop team members, providing coaching and counseling to address individual strengths and opportunities.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Execute digital strategies such as omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Ensure a safe environment for associates and customers by enforcing all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and HAZMAT compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with both associates and management.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
