Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales and KPIs by supervising associate daily goals and maintaining brand standards, including merchandising and marketing.
• Engage, train, and develop team members to achieve positive results and foster a diverse, inclusive environment.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Execute digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Ensure a safe store environment and follow all loss prevention, cash control, and HAZMAT procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
